Physical Education

In physical education, children are just learning and becoming aware of their body’s movements and abilities. Our classes consists of a diverse range of activities promoting health and fitness through play and movement. Fundamental mortor skills, developing coordination, agility and balance are essential values of physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression and/or social interaction.
